When Hannah and her boyfriend Adam ran into Adam's ex-girlfriend in a cafe, this girl made fun of Hannah's appearance. For four more seasons, viewers have been following the relationship between Hannah and Adam, how Adam ran to her at night when he found out that she had psychological problems. How Hannah took care of Adam when he broke his leg, even though they had already broken up. When Adam was asked why he was hanging out with Hannah instead of his best friends, he replied, "Hannah is my best friend."

When we first met the heroines in the first season, Marnie, Hannah's best friend, was dating Charlie. The young man took care of the girl too much, constantly rubbed himself next to her and generally behaved too intrusively. Marnie left him, but began to suffer when he was not around.

The series begins with the fact that Hannah's parents face the fact: from that day on, they don't give her a penny, they no longer pay for her apartment, and in general she is now on her own. After anger and anger, Hannah came to accept the situation. So she finally became who she was supposed to be, and began to write. Who knows what the future would have been for Hannah if her parents hadn't pushed her to dream?

In the third season, Hannah's publisher dies. In this series, each of the girls comprehends death: what will happen to those we love and to whom we are dear after our death? What will happen to us if loved ones die? Hannah struggles with her callousness in this matter, but eventually realizes that you need to be strong even when everything ends.

Hannah and Adam broke up several times, but eventually got together anyway. Because it's love. Because the series is called "Girls", and girls need to believe in love.
