And in all religions, they pray before eating. Amalie, an artist from Maryland, came up with the idea to combine two great ideas, who thinks over the design of the mandala drawing and prepares it from healthy and compatible food.
About three months ago, Amalia Bussard, a final-year student at the Baltimore College of Art, decided to create an Instagram account called "Health Bowl." Five years ago, she began her journey into the world of clean food by removing all unnatural and industrially processed foods from her diet.
Perhaps there will be people among the visitors of our site who will appreciate Amalia's efforts and will get aesthetic pleasure from contemplating her vegetarian masterpieces.
