Li Cheng spends his days taking care of his life—size silicone doll companions. A 58-year—old resident of Huishui, Guizhou Province, is a big fan of beautiful female figures and considers them his daughters.

In an interview with MailOnline, Li Cheng said that he does not use his dolls for sex, but only cares for them and dresses them up. He even takes them on vacation and shoots music videos for them. The Chinese spent more than 100 thousand yuan ($ 14.5 thousand), buying about 100 outfits for seven silicone roommates.

He is going to open a business for the design and production of fashionable clothes for his dolls, each of which costs at least 10 thousand yuan ($ 1,450). Why does he like these dolls so much? Li Cheng and his son now live with seven dolls. Five of them belong to my father, and the other two were given to him by friends to look after them. He adds that his girlfriend, who was in her early 20s at the time, became interested in dolls because she wanted to dress them up. They broke up in 2014, but Li Cheng's passion for dolls remained.

In the same year, he bought his first doll to cope with loneliness, because his son was always missing from school at that time. He called her Xiao Xiu—"Snowball". He took great care of her: he cleaned her every day, bought new dresses and walked with her. In an interview with the Chinese portal Pear Video, he said: "Sometimes when I drive a car, I put a doll in the passenger seat. And I feel like I have a companion." His son is cuddling up to the dolls in the backseat.

Li Cheng spends a lot of money on glamorous photos of Xiao Xiu. "It's too bad that there was no snow this winter. Otherwise, I could take Xiao Xiu out for a beautiful photo shoot with snow." After her, the man bought four more dolls so that he would not be so lonely.

His son, who has only one doll so far — Xiao Yin, believes that thanks to the dolls, the house is not so silent now. The young man says that to some extent the dolls have taken on female roles in their family. In defense of his hobby, Li Cheng says: "Collectors and users of sex dolls are absolutely normal people. Actually, we are more normal than those who call us strange, but at the same time they cheat on their sexual partners."
