Thai police broke the door "fragrant" apartment, but there was not a corpse

Residents of one of the houses in Khlong Suan, Thailand, was forced to call the police because of the terrible smell coming from behind the door of one of apartments. All were absolutely sure that the room is a corpse and stinking. After observance of all formalities, law enforcement officers broke down the door, but the alarm was false and it was not dead.

The stench from behind the door of the ill-fated apartment block came a couple of days. Neighbors were forced to cover their faces with masks and respirators, to make it easier to breathe, but did not hurry to disturb the residents of troubled apartment, hoping that the smell will sooner or later stop himself.

But their hopes did not materialize and when the apartment became impossible to breathe because of the stench did not help either open wide the window, no air fresheners, neighbors finally decided to disturb. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach out and to reach residents of the apartment with the "odor", it became obvious that behind the door is a corpse, and maybe not even one.

In such a situation does not remain anything else how to contact the authorities, who have the authority to open such a flat. Residents called the police and long story about what happened, they never had — the smell was so strong that I had to catch my breath.

The police arrived with the ambulance, which was to say the death of a man and take the body out of the apartment. For the order police also knocked on the door and, not receiving any answer, picked the lock on the front door with numerous witnesses.

As it turned out, the doctors came in vain, as no dead body in the room was not. A terrible smell emanated from the package lying on the kitchen sink. Looking inside, Thai cops saw a big rotten fish, which, obviously, forgot to put it in the fridge.

Furnishings in the apartment showed that her owners went somewhere and perhaps while in a hurry. Likely that because of this, they forgot the fish in the package, which brought it from the market. After returning residents have a very unpleasant conversation with the neighbors and a lot of explaining with the authorities on the subject maintain housing in an acceptable sanitary condition.
