Ten scientific discoveries that happened by accident
In 1928, English scientist-bacteriologist Alexander Fleming took the usual experience of research protect human body from infectious diseases. As a result of accidentally he found that conventional mold synthesizes a substance, destroys pathogens, and found a molecule, which he named penicillin.
And on 13 September 1929 at the meeting of the Medical research club at the University of London the Fleming announced his discovery.
