Skaftafetl is the second largest national park in Iceland. It is located in the south of the country and covers an area of 4,807 km2. For travelers, the object will be interesting primarily by its unique nature. An ensemble of mountains covered with green moss, valleys, a waterfall, a glacier and a volcano will impress every tourist. The park is also famous for its atypical climate for this area. In the summer season, sunny weather is often observed here.
