Without water life on our planet impossible, but the water element more and more often brings destruction and suffering, as occurred recently in India, Pakistan, China and Thailand. Earlier this week Nesat Typhoon struck the Philippines, moving to southern China. As reported recently, global Agency to assist Oxfam in Pakistan is now more than five million people suffer from the effects of the recent flooding. But long-suffering Pakistan has still not recovered from massive flooding in 2010.
