By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/new-life-with-a-new-3d-footOzzy the goose is starting a new life with a 3D printed prosthetic foot. Ozzy, who lives with Sue Burger in South Africa, suffered a broken limb at a very young age - at the same time it had to be amputated. At first, the goose tried to adapt, using the left wing as a crutch, but it was incredibly difficult and he even got a fracture again, now the wing.
Sue was very worried about the bird and went on the radio asking for help. A number of companies volunteered to help, and as a result of their combined efforts, Ozzy received a prosthetic leg in early April. According to Sue, the sudden return of the paw has left the goose in disarray and needs some therapy. However, Ozzy is already using his new foot a little.
