The government of Japan approved a plan for the return of tourists to the country after the epidemic of the coronavirus. It expects to spend 18.2 billion dollars for the reimbursement of travelers who dare to come into the Country of the rising sun.
More details about the plan will be known later, however, according to officials, it can come into effect in July. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe on may 25, abolished the state of emergency imposed in connection with the pandemic coronavirus.
According to Shinzo Abe, the abolition of a state of emergency does not mean that the danger from the coronavirus longer exists, but it means that the country has achieved global victory in the fight against infection.
Meanwhile, on a similar plan to attract tourists declared Sicily: there are also ready to compensate to tourists half the price of the ticket, accommodation and even local attractions. For this purpose the government of Italy allocated about 50 million euros.
