Weight loss is difficult both psychologically and physically. To facilitate the transformation process, 32-year-old photographer Jesse decided to tackle this task together with his family. They supported each other for six months, and their photos from the "before and after" series look just amazing.
It all started when Jesse's mom decided to move in with her son and his pregnant wife for a while to help her daughter-in-law in the early stages of motherhood. Then Jesse invited his father, who at that time ran a small bamboo processing factory, to strengthen family ties.
This is how the family looked before the transformation, and this is how it looks now. Even the newly minted granny decided to put herself in order and lost weight.
In anticipation of the addition to the family, a 32-year-old man and his 60-year-old father decided to put their uniforms in order. Thanks to the regime, proper nutrition and sports for six months, they managed to get rid of swollen figures and rounded bellies, getting very enviable torsos with six abs cubes.
At the beginning of the fitness path, both father and son had solid "beer" bellies.
And now they have clearly visible cubes of the press.
But in order to achieve changes, men had to make a lot of effort, disappearing for a long time in the gym.
Strength training is a great way to get yourself in order.
But to start fat burning, you definitely need cardio.
And the most effective cardio exercises are in the fresh air, because the body needs oxygen to burn fat.
Therefore, father and son started regular jogging.
