Incredible freediving in the wild

By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/en/article/incredible-freediving-in-the-wildTwo French divers and photographers took an incredible series of photos underwater. Alex Voyer and Alex Roubaud dived and took pictures with sharks and rays, turtles and whales.
"Freediving is not dangerous, because we follow basic safety rules, and the first rule is to dive with a friend! Working together is the most important moment for us," says Rubo.
Both divers live in Paris and usually train in swimming pools — and from time to time they go to the sea.
"Our images demonstrate the interaction of freedivers with wildlife. Underwater, we feel freer without tanks behind our backs — we can't dive deep, but we swim faster," explains one of the divers.
