Ilona Shiver (Nekrasova) was born in Surgut in 1997. The girl was brought up by her mother, who completely trusted her and considered her an independent person from the 1st grade. Ilona grew up as a conscious child, so she did not know what checking lessons and regular moralizing were. She tried not to let her mother down and stayed away from bad companies. At the age of 15, she got her first job — she began working as a waitress in a cafe.

I had to work 15 hours a day, but Ilona could contribute to a modest family budget. after graduating from school, the girl entered Surgut University. She chose the profession of an accountant-auditor, although even then she knew that she would not work in her specialty.

Already in the second year, the girl found something to her liking. She graduated from the eyebrow master's courses and immediately started earning money. Less than a year later, she had enough money in her hands to move to Saint-Petersburg. In her new place, Ilona continued her studies at the university, but devoted all her free time to brow design.
