For an unprepared person, and especially those who have problems with the heart or blood vessels, such hardening can be dangerous.

Do not mess with cold water for those who suffer from diseases of the spine and joints. The temperature drop and vascular stress will not have a beneficial effect on the organs affected by the disease. Therefore, if you have turned off the hot water, find a way to heat it to a comfortable temperature, and leave the experiments to walruses and extreme athletes.
