A group of South Korean designers have found a way to deal with gloomy cloudy days: they painted the roads in Seoul so that the images are visible only in the rain.

The Monsoon project was timed to coincide with the monsoon rainy season in South Korea — at this time it rains there for three weeks. The artists used a special hydrochromatic paint — it remains invisible until the surface becomes wet.
