All these drinks are made elementary, the components that I use are sold in any store and almost in any pharmacy at a penny cost.

- Ginger (a piece of about 2 cm).- Half a lemon.- Liquid honey to taste. I had something about 3-4 tsp. (if it is not enough, add more).- 25 drops of eleutherococcus (alcohol extract of rhizomes with roots of Eleutherococcus prickly. The drug is prescribed orally for physical and mental fatigue, exhaustion of the nervous system, etc.).- 1−2 pieces of hot red pepper. I used one, see the photo.- A small piece of propolis. Wildly curative, antibacterial and strengthening stuff. Read it online, it's interesting. (I buy honey from sellers at the market.) You can use propolis tincture (read about the amount of tincture on the web, I did not add it to the energy drink, I use it in solid form).- Water — 500 ml.- Grenadine was used for the color, 1-2 tsp can be replaced with pomegranate juice.

How to cook:

- Peel the ginger (if the ginger is young — you can leave it unpeeled) and cut it into washers. Put the ginger in a saucepan and pour 500 ml of water. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat under a lid for 7-10 minutes. Let it brew for 20 minutes. Strain it.

- In a warm ginger broth (the water should be warm, not hot), pour the squeezed lemon juice, honey and red pepper.

- Place a piece of propolis in a small container (for example, in a cup), which is placed in a saucepan filled with water. There should be a little water in the pan, about a third of the cup, so that it does not overflow into the mug. Here, in such a water bath, over low heat, stirring occasionally, dissolve propolis. Then pour it into the energy drink.

- Water — 500 ml.- Half a lime or lemon.- 2 tablets of ascorbic acid, 50 mg each.- Honey-2 tsp.- Tincture of aralia — 30 drops (alcoholic tincture of aralia root has a stimulating effect on the nervous system, is used for physical and nervous fatigue).— Blue syrup of the Blue Curacao type was used for the color.

How to cook:

- Pour freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice into warm drinking water, pour ascorbic acid crushed in a spoon or mortar. Mix it up.- Add honey and tincture of aralia (if there is no aralia, use the same eleutherococcus or choose from analogues — there are many of them).- Add syrup for color.

- Brew strong black tea. I use large-leaf tea with bergamot or thyme (thyme). After 5-7 minutes, strain the tea from the brew and add the ginger cut into washers (1 cm will be enough). After 5-10 minutes, strain.- Add lemon juice and 2-3 tsp of liquid honey to the warm tea.— For an additional effect, you can also add crumbled 2 ascorbic tablets and 5 glucose tablets of 1 g each.

It is advisable to use all these homemade energy drinks in the first half of the day. And despite the fact that the above options are easy (there are also pharmacy energetics), they should still be taken seriously and not get carried away.

In the dry residue, we have homemade tonic drinks that are invigorating and delight with a refreshing taste, which can be poured into a half-liter bottle and thrown into a bag or backpack, and besides, all this happiness is worth quite a bit. Well, it does not contain that wonderful factory joy that analogues contain. Everything is natural and lamp-like here. Besides, they are delicious.
