He decided to capture an imaginary relationship with a sex doll named Eva. The idea of the photo project originated with the author many years ago and gradually developed into a full-fledged concept. He started shooting dolls back in 2001.
Like many other people, Jun Corea has experienced losses in life. Recently, he began to notice that some of the most important people, memories and moments are gradually blurred and erased. "I find myself alone at home when I wake up in my bed. I always face emptiness when I come back from work or from a party. I feel like the loneliest person in the world in the happiest moments," the photographer admits. — This loneliness was the reason for my interest in photographing dolls. I know that human-like, but inanimate objects will not go anywhere."
The result was a series of photographs in the form of a photographic essay, a visual story of a couple who will never part.
