In the village of Ratomka, five kilometers from Minsk, an unknown businessman has built a fancy house that scares passers-by. The owner's neighbors complained about the building in a conversation with the local administration, but it did not lead to anything.

According to neighbors, the owner of the house himself looks unremarkable - except for a car with skulls. He started building the building about ten years ago, then quit and resumed work about two years ago.

Maria Nikolaevna told reporters that one of their neighbors, Alexander, wrote a complaint against the owner of the house to the village executive committee, but it did not lead to anything.
