The MXD group has a new entry dedicated to the recent increase in prices for consumer goods. In it, the participants of the art project Viktor Mogilat and Evgeny Zubkov shared a series of photos under the ironic title "It seemed". In less than a day, the post collected 6 thousand likes. We offer you to evaluate this "vital" work of the guys.

Against the background of the post-New Year price increase in Russia, designers have changed the signs on popular chain supermarkets, making their names more truthful. So, for example, "Pyaterochka" turned into "Be Patient", "Dixie" — into "Expensive", and "Magnet" became a "Magnate".

Netizens found these pictures very vital. According to some commentators, if prices continue to rise, the stores really should be renamed. "At least it will be fair!", — indignant Russians write.

Victor Mogilat stressed that this series of works is not a reproach to the owners of the above-mentioned stores. According to him, they themselves, in a sense, became victims of another promotion.
