Talented Russian photographer Vadim Trunov captured two squirrels frolicking in a snowy forest near Voronezh in winter. The shot caught them "taking pictures", "playing football" with a pine cone and even "making snowballs".

As a result of his photo hunt, Vadim filmed a real performance. In the role of bait, he put snowballs, a snowman and left his Canon digital camera attached to a tripod. After the squirrel duo found this improvised set, the tailed enthusiasts happily explored the props and even fought over the nut.
