In Dubai, most of the local beaches are owned by hotels, but you can soak up the clean sand and free of charge on the public beaches of Jumeirah and Palm Beach.

You can lay a towel on the wide Playa de la Malvarrosa or on the neighboring Playa de las Arenas.
