An exhibition of contemporary art is being held near the Egyptian pyramids for the first time in history

The exhibition "Eternity - Today", which will last until November 7, was attended by 10 artists from around the world. Their installations are compared to the scenery of the world-famous Burning Man festival in the USA. For the first time the idea to hold such an event appeared four years ago. But it took three long years of negotiations with UNESCO and the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities to bring it to life. In parallel, a team of enthusiasts solved organizational problems, which also took a couple of years.

The Giza Pyramid complex is not only one of the most valuable monuments on the planet, but also a necropolis. Holding various actions is not welcome here and the Egyptian authorities are very principled in this regard.
