Blogger Olivia White posted a picture of her body taken after giving birth. The mother of two children wanted to show that the ideal image has little to do with reality. She is proud of her body and wants to pass this confidence on to her children. Ms. White also advocates that new mothers stop feeling the pressure of having to look perfect.

Due to the explosive growth in the number of young mothers who, with the help of intensive training, return to their previous form almost immediately after giving birth, many of the women who have recently given birth feel a certain pressure on themselves, forcing them to follow this example.

But 27-year-old Olivia White, a blogger from Australia, wants to eliminate this pressure, for which she talks about her postpartum reality. To help moms take their postpartum form, Ms. White undressed and took part in a photo shoot.

"Puffy face, hanging breasts filled with milk, wide hips and the whole belly in stretch marks! This is my postpartum reality, there is no question of getting back to normal quickly. And you know what? I don't care about it at all! Because I am no longer the person I was before I had children, so why should I want my body to match what I am no longer?" wrote Ms. White on Facebook.

"This sagging breast fed my baby, this flabby belly was home for my baby for 9 months. I can't say that something inspired me to say such words, I just wanted to convey to people that moms and fitness gurus who are obsessed with rapid recovery, who work hard for this, are not an example for everyone," she says.
