Abstract toilet paper paintings

By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/abstract-toilet-paper-paintings.htmlThe world has known artists who work with paper, but Shakir Gokcebag chose not just paper – his creative material is ... toilet paper. Entirely. His series of sculptures called "Translayers" consists of hundreds of rolls of toilet paper, which he lays out in incredibly beautiful abstract works of art on a white background.
A Turkish artist is trying to create the beautiful from everyday objects. He himself says that he is inspired by "the search for poetry in everyday life." I must say, the artist perfectly managed to create interesting paintings from ordinary toilet paper.
Gokchebag admits that he has always found inspiration for his works in everyday life: work, architecture, nature, geometric abstractions – everything can give the artist the impetus necessary for creativity. For example, he became known in the Internet community thanks to an original project under the general name "Geometric Food" ("Geometric food"). Having connected considerable imagination, Gokchebag tried to give perfect (or just unusual) shapes to fruits and berries.
