Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salmon cut into cubes (medium size). Chop and sauté in olive oil the onion until Golden brown. In a bowl, combine zucchini, salmon, and onions. In a pan with hot oil put a spoonful of batter and fry until Golden brown. Spread on paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve with greens, cherry tomatoes, lemon.

Heat a griddle pan and grease with vegetable oil. Fry the steaks with a thickness of about 1 cm on both sides to desired degree of doneness. 7. Spaghetti with zucchini and pesto from Chile

You will need:

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 150 °C for 10-15 minutes to brown the nuts. Boil the spaghetti al dente. Water to keep hot. Mix the nuts with tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, olive oil and salt. Stir it all with a blender until you obtain a sauce. Using peelers to slice the zucchini ribbons. Cut into thin strips a La spaghetti. The core of the zucchini maximally finely chopped. Mix the zucchini with the cooked spaghetti and pour the boiling water out of the pasta for 3 minutes. Drain the water, pour over the pasta with lemon juice and mix with zest. Then mix with a sauce of nuts and chili. Serve sprinkled with whole peanuts.
