Who has the highest IQ in history? The answer may surprise you. Intelligence is a complex thing. As great beauty, great intelligence can be a blessing or a curse to those who possess it. 1. Albert Einstein.

Born in Germany, Albert Einstein is such a famous genius that his last name is a general term that people use to refer to someone very smart.
