A photographer from Atlanta almost died when he was shot at in the house he was supposed to shoot. The fact is that the real estate agency simply forgot to warn the hostess about the upcoming shooting.
On February 1, 2018, photographer Whitney Morris (Whitney Morris) was supposed to shoot Belinda Brooks' house, but the shooting was postponed to the next day, which the real estate agency, which hired the photographer, apparently did not inform the hostess of the house.
The photographer arrived at the house around 9 a.m., took a spare key from the mailbox and opened the door. At that moment, the alarm went off. Belinda Brooks was not expecting guests and, fearing for her safety, grabbed a Ruger caliber pistol.38 and fired at the troublemaker.
One of the bullets hit Morris. The photographer was taken to the hospital with a serious injury and operated on. He filed a lawsuit against the real estate agency and Belinda Brooks. He accuses the agency of negligence, because the staff did not bother to inform the hostess about the postponement of the photo shoot. And Brooks, according to the photographer, acted inadequately in the circumstances.
