By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/celebrities-in-the-lens-of-albert-watson-portraits-that-inspire.htmlScottish Albert Watson is not just a fashion photographer. He is one of the twenty greatest photographers of our time. His pictures are familiar to everyone: portraits of Steve Jobs, Johnny Depp, Uma Thurman, Kate Moss have become the most famous images of celebrities. He is the author of the legendary posters for the films Memoirs of a Geisha, Kill Bill, The Da Vinci Code. And also he is the author of more than 600 advertising projects, including a huge number of covers for famous fashion magazines.

Albert Watson's creative arsenal spans landscapes, still lifes and concept photography. While working at a show in Paris, Watson would suddenly travel to Cairo to photograph Tutankhamen's relics. Such a variety of style did not allow him to become famous, like Annie Leibovitz or Irving Penn.
