The announcement was posted on the Avito website on August 2. The main currency of the farm is not bitcoins, which are too late to mine. 12 farms are focused on the extraction of "ether" (Ethereum) and 18 — on "zikesh" (Zcash). Now these currencies are traded on the market for 16.6 and 12.8 thousand rubles.

The owner placed all 30 farms in a container with an already installed supply and exhaust ventilation. The announcement states that all the equipment will be sent to the new owner along with the container.

For 11 million rubles in the same Yekaterinburg, you can buy a good (big!) three- or four-room apartment on Avito Real Estate.

In fact, a mining farm is a computer with video cards. The miner buys equipment and rents out its capacities, for this he receives "virtual" money — cryptocurrency. The farm consumes huge amounts of electricity, and for stable operation the system needs constant cooling — this is its main snag. Only those farms that use cheap electricity and are based in cool places or cities with a cold climate (to save on cooling) will pay off. One cryptocurrency can be exchanged for another or for the usual dollars on special exchanges. There are firms and shops that even accept pure cryptocurrency for payment. You will be able to buy a car, a plane ticket, book a hotel, make a donation and even order a meal at a restaurant.

In fact, it turned out that this is not the only sale on Avito that may be of interest to crypto miners. After the bitcoin exchange rate exceeded the $ 3,000 mark in June, the demand for mining equipment increased sharply. At the same time, residents of Moscow, Voronezh and Novosibirsk are most interested in such components. Currently, Avito has more than 9,000 active ads for the sale of video cards, power supplies, frames for assembling systems and other "gold mining" equipment.
